Who are we?
Our story
Their collaborative efforts delved into the intricacies of crafting a solution that would be both accessible and effective for organizations seeking to enhance their capacity for transformation. Thus emerged the Acertare approach to change management—a fusion of philosophy and methodology. Grounded in a philosophy that champions the empowerment of individuals at every juncture, it lays the ethical foundation for managing change. Complemented by a robust methodology, meticulously designed to dissect, construct, and implement change initiatives, Acertare’s approach embodies a holistic framework for organizational evolution.
Acertare’s approach has stood the test of time, impacting thousands of individuals worldwide over the span of 20 years. Recognizing the significance of sharing their accumulated knowledge and expertise, Miriam, Julian, and Philippe founded Acertare Institute. Through the institute, they aim to disseminate their proven methodologies and empower a broader audience to navigate and lead change effectively within their organizations. As practitioners immersed in this paradigm shift, we derive profound satisfaction from witnessing the transformational journey unfold. We aspire for all individuals, like yourselves, to echo sentiments of empowerment and fulfillment in leading change within their respective projects. It is in these moments of realization and impact that we find our greatest joy and purpose.

Partner
Passionate about people within organizations, Philippe has been experimenting and developing approaches for twenty years aimed at making changes effective while allowing everyone to contribute their Talents. He is one of the very first to have integrated the notion of Flow into his transformation programs, aimed at identifying misaligned people in order to treat the causes of difficulties rather than the symptoms. Philippe is passionate about sports (padel, tennis, golf) and cooking. You will also meet him on a motorcycle or on the ski slopes. His motto: to accept yourself as you are, with your great qualities and your few flaws, the greatest gift you can give to yourself and to the world.
